• First career was as a Registered Nurse. I know about the significant interplay of mind, body and spirit. In intensive care settings, I guarded and saved lives. As a coach, I help people create lives they delight in living.

• Second career was 25 years as owner/operator of a successful maritime school, The River School, Inc.

• Active in civic affairs, spiritual groups and coaching associations.
